Dissolve 3 chicken bouillon cubes in 1 1/2 cups of boiling water. Set aside.
In a bowl, pour a cup of flour, a tablespoon of paprika & a tablespoon of garlic salt. Mix well. (You can season this to your personal taste.)
In a separate bowl mix well 2 eggs & a 1/4 cup of lemon juice.
Dip skinless chicken breast in egg mix. Then dip in flour mix. Let it set in fridge for about 10 minutes.
Melt a stick of butter in an electric skillet. Add a chopped up glove of garlic if available. When butter is melted turn skillet up & brown chicken breast. This is usually 3 -4 minute per side. Let chicken turn a nice golden brown. When chicken is browned turn skillet to simmer and add Bouillon mix. Add 1/2 cup more of straight lemon juice to skillet. (I love lemons so I add a lot more) Cover & let simmer for 15 minutes.
Enjoy!
